If you are visiting our website and are "looking" for a Preschool/Kindergarten environment for your child(ren), we say to you that we welcome you to visit Little Doves and see the love, care, consideration and professionalism that embodies all we do.  Little Doves and the faith community of Peace Lutheran congregation cares about the development of your child.  We appreciate this opportunity to be a learning resource to you and your entire family.  In addition to our regular programs, we are also offering extended childcare before and after the school day.  There is information on the Extended Care program on this site.

Little Doves Preschool and Kindergarten provides developmentally appropriate programs with a Christian faith-based emphasis for children ages two through six years old.  Our school was established in 1986 and has been part of the community for over 25 years. It is overseen by the congregation of Peace Lutheran Church under the direction of the Little Doves Preschool Board.  Little Doves is licensed through Washington State’s Department of Early Learning.  Our application is on file and available upon request.

In addition to a dedication to each child (with a classroom ratio of 1:8), overwhelming satisfaction with the loving and caring atmosphere created and maintained in the school, Little Doves offers an outstanding, developmentally appropriate and comprehensive program for children from 2 years to 6 years of age.  

Little Doves' Curriculum has been developed to be able to insure that EVERY CHILD is thoroughly prepared for entry into higher levels of academics.  Little Doves strives to exceed standards set by local school districts as well as many private schools in Snohomish County.  Parents and local teachers alike have consistently affirmed the academic and age-appropriate developmental preparation for personal growth and acheivement received at Little Doves.
